In this key position, you take responsibility for planning, coordination, leadership and customer contact on construction sites all across Germany.

Planning & supervision
You take on the independent planning, coordination and seamless supervision of our diverse construction-site operations across Germany, ensuring that performance, scheduling and quality targets are met.

Work scheduling & documentation
You are responsible for professional work scheduling and precise project documentation to guarantee smooth project success.

Customer consulting & acquisition
On location, you are the competent face of our company. You handle the technical consulting, cost calculation and active acquisition directly with our customers on the construction site.

Team leadership & variation management
You lead the teams on the construction sites in a motivating and goal-oriented way. Through forward-looking, active variation management, you safeguard the commercial result of the projects.
What you bring
Commercially minded, structured in your work, always keeping the overview
A solid foundation
A successfully completed commercial or technical apprenticeship (ideally with a construction-specific focus) or a relevant degree (e.g. civil engineering, project management), along with experience in construction or project management.

You are characterised by an independent, structured and consistently solution-oriented way of working.
Willingness to travel
As our demanding projects are spread all across Germany, you bring the necessary flexible willingness to travel.
Strong communication & leadership
You are a natural organiser, deal confidently with suppliers and customers in negotiations, and bring experience in leading staff.
Category B driving licence
A valid category B driving licence goes without saying for you – you use your company car independently for project trips.
